Ik weeg 104.5 kg en mijn middel is nu 106 cm! Waanzinnig lekker allemaal, en nu strak volhouden...Het enige wat ik doe doordeweeks is alleen maar bruine boterhammen met licht beleg (kipfilet enzo) en 's avonds na het eten niks meer knabbelen (moeilijk)...De weekenden gewoon vrijdag lekker uit en zaterdag en hamburgertje of twee bijvoorbeeld om mijzelf te belonen....Alles gaat nu volgens schema..als het goed is weeg ik (mits ik het volhoud) eind februari weer 3 kg minder! Van 111 naar 109 cm! Ik ben er nog lang niet, want ik moet onder de 102 komen om uit de risicozone te komen. Wegen is meten!! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ja , daar ben ik weer...Inmiddels 107 kg zwaar! Nu gaat het echt gebeuren, de aankomende maanden gaat Martijn Verschuur zijn lichaam weer op orde brengen...Blijf vooral kijken.In het nieuwe jaar houd ik jullie op de hoogte, en zal ik mijn geheimen verklappen wat betreft het verliezen van overtollig reuzel. Fuck Sonja, lang leve Tijn!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Update 10-01-2008 !&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Inmiddels 10 dagen in het nieuwe jaar en ik leef op bruin brood en een avondmaal. na 8 uur 's avonds eet ik niks meer. Ik zie nog niet echt verbetering, maar ik voel me wel al iets beter. Ik denk dat mijn lichaam zich aan het reinigen is op een of andere manier. Ik houd in ieder geval goed vol.
